Spark Sports Coaching
Bookings
Spark Sports Coaching offers an online booking service, upon making a booking and completing payment, you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided.
An email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child's place on a Spark Sports Coaching activity.
Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website. Please ensure that you provide your child with the appropriate safety equipment, listed on the ‘view details’ button when selecting each club.
The child must attend the school that the activity is ran.
Cancellation Policy
When a customer wishes to cancel an order, he/she is advised to directly notify Spark Sports Coaching at info@sparksportscoaching.com giving as much notice as possible.
Refund Policy
Spark Sports Coaching reserves the right to offer refunds at it’s discretion. Refunds part way through a term will not be refundable as the child’s place has been allocated.
Child Protection
All Spark Sports Coaching staff hold current DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy is available on request.
Film/Photography
Spark Sports Coaching may from time to time take photographs/film of Spark Sports Coaching camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Spark Sports Coaching events through Spark Sports Coaching literature, website and social media.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Spark Sports Coaching aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts.
Spark Sports Coaching will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal Property
Spark Sports Coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Spark Sports Coaching event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.
Medical information
Any medical conditions that participants may have must be fully disclosed
(1) at the time of booking in writing to Spark Sports Coaching at registration and
(2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.
Behaviour Expectations
Childrens behaviour is expected to be the same in our clubs as in the school day. Our behaviour policy sets out our expectations and consequences for not meeting these standards, this is available upon request. We will always do our best to be inclusive, forgiving and consistant. Poor choices can be great learning experiences for the children and we will always treat every child with respect and grace. However, Spark Sports Coaching does reserve the right to exclude a particular child for an appropriate amount of time (set by Spark) from the particular club. In the rare occasion that this may occur the school, parents/carers and child will be informed.

Copies of Spark Sports Coaching’s policies and procedures are available upon request.
Activity Provided
We will always try our best to deliver the particular activity that the club is advertised as but on occasion the activity may differ. This may be due to staffing, space available or weather.
Cancellation of a Club
Our clubs only run when the school is open. In the unlikely event that the School takes the decision to close for any reason, then the effected clubs are non refundable. Holiday club cancellations are at the discretion of Spark Sports Coaching.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. If this is not possible then please put your complaint in writing to info@sparksportscoaching.com
